Bella is a pizza joint in New York City.
They’ve been around since 2004, but recently moved from the South Bronx.
Bella specializes in deep dish pizzas, and they’re currently in the process of opening a pizza restaurant in Brooklyn.
They serve a lot of deep dish, and are one of the few places in the city that do it in-house.
This week, Bella will open their second location in Brooklyn, just a couple blocks away from the original location in Queens.
In addition to deep dish pizza and other Italian-inspired pizzas they also offer other pizza dishes, like pizza rolls, pizza with sausage and garlic, and pizza topped with fresh veggies.
We got a sneak peek of what’s to come at their newest location, and Bella CEO, Michael Hennig, told us it’s a lot different from the old place.
“We’re doing everything to be a more contemporary place, so you can get fresh, and not just old pizza,” he said.
The space has a lot more space and a lot less lines, which is a good thing, since you’re not going to be coming in from Manhattan, Hennip said.
They also have more seating.
“You can sit at a table,” he added.
“It’s a great place to have a party or a meal, so it makes it really fun.”
Henni also said that Bella’s pizzas are made with “very high quality ingredients.”
He added that the pizzas “are delicious, but we always want to be creative with how we do it.
That’s what we’re trying to do, we’re constantly evolving.”
The original Bella in New Jersey was closed for two years.
The new location is a joint between Hennic and a couple of other Bella owners.
Hennigan said the new location will have a few more locations to come, but they’ll probably be in the New York area in a few years.
He also said Bella isn’t a fast-food franchise, but a family owned business.
“Our goal is to stay as local as possible, so we don’t have to change our whole menu,” Hennihig said.
“So, the pizza will be different from time to time.
But the pizza is really good, and we’ll be bringing in more pizza from the local area.”
