A few years ago, a New York City restaurant named Pizza Guy opened a few blocks from his dad’s former pizza shop, where the son now works.
The restaurant’s menu, which has since been expanded, has since gone from a few slices of mozzarella to two slices of cheese and two slices, and the restaurant’s signature pizza dough is made with the ingredients Papa John’s used to make it.

For the past six months, the brothers have been testing new and inventive recipes, from the bread to the toppings.
